Missed Connections
In Missed Connections I took personal ads from the standardized format of the “missed connections” section of the website Craigslist and crafted handmade, text-based ads back in their original locations and contexts in order to create new connections.

I also returned to the missed connections sites and filmed a search. By returning and filming a search in these locations, and having the ads read over them, I am reflecting the loneliness and disconnection in the search for love online.
